These terms apply to your use of peakreinvention.com and to applying for or taking part in the Community, the Cohort, the Reinvention Circle and private coaching.
1. Who we are
peakreinvention.com is run by Peak Reinvention, LTD, Athens, Ohio, USA ("Peak Reinvention", "we", "us"). By using the site, applying for any of our programs, or booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you sign a written agreement with us for a paid engagement, that agreement comes first wherever the two differ.
2. What we offer
Peak Reinvention offers coaching: a free online Community, by application; a small-group Cohort, by application; the Reinvention Circle, a group of three, by application; and private coaching, by application. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you need those services, please see a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, call or text 988 in the United States, or your local emergency number.
3. No guaranteed results
Coaching depends on your own choices and actions. You make your own decisions, about your work and anything else, and you are responsible for them. We do not promise any particular outcome, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of results. The clients on this site describe their own experience, some in a short written version of what they said on video, and yours may be different.
4. Confidentiality
Amy keeps what you share in private sessions confidential, except where the law requires otherwise or someone's safety is at risk. Coaching conversations do not have the legal protection that conversations with a lawyer, doctor or therapist can have. In group settings, members agree to keep what others share inside the group, but we cannot promise that every member will.
5. Applications and places
Applying does not guarantee a place. You must be 18 or older to apply or take part. A place is confirmed only when both of us agree and the terms of that engagement are set out in writing.
6. Fees, payment and refunds
Fees are shared with you before you commit, and nothing is charged until you are accepted and agree. Payment terms, and any refund or cancellation terms, are set out in the written agreement for that engagement.
7. The Community
The Community is free and private for its members. Its one rule is that when someone shares something, you ask a question instead of fixing it. Be respectful, especially of people who differ from you, and do not share other members' posts outside the Community. We may remove posts, or members, that break these terms.
8. Session recordings
Cohort sessions may be recorded for the members of that cohort, and you will be told before a recording starts. Recordings are for their use only and may not be shared, downloaded or redistributed. Other sessions are recorded only if everyone taking part agrees first.
9. Text messages
We do not send text messages, and our forms do not ask for your phone number. If that changes, these terms will set out how text messages work before any are sent. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
10. Content and images
The site's text, images, exercises and materials belong to Peak Reinvention or are used with permission. You may use them for your own personal reflection, but not copy, sell or teach them without written permission. Some illustrations on this site were made with AI image tools; the photographs of Amy are real.
11. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post or submit. You give us permission to host and display it to the people it was meant for (for example, Community members).
12. Separate from university work
Peak Reinvention is Amy's own practice. It is separate from her university work: no university programs, materials or students are part of it.
13. Links to other sites
We link to articles and platforms we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content.
14. Limitation of liability
The site and our services are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Peak Reinvention is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. If a disagreement comes up, please write to us first and we will try to settle it with you. If we cannot, it will be decided by the state or federal courts serving Athens County, Ohio, though either of us may use a small claims court if the claim qualifies.
16. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. A change does not alter a written agreement you have already signed. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
