Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website, peakreinvention.com, is run by Peak Reinvention, LTD ("Peak Reinvention", "we", "us"), Athens, Ohio, USA. Questions about this policy go to amy@peakreinvention.com.

2. What we collect, and why

Community application: your name, email, which situation is closest to yours, your written answers, how committed you feel on a scale of 1 to 10, and your role and the kind of organization you work in, if you give them. If you come from the quiz, the form may also note what the quiz showed you. We use them to consider your application, reply to you and, if you are approved, add you to the Community.

Cohort application: your name, email, your role and the kind of organization you work in, your written answers about your work and situation, your time zone if you give it, and how committed you feel on a scale of 1 to 10. We use them to consider your application and arrange a conversation.

Private coaching introduction: your name, email, which situation is closest to yours, your written answers, how committed you feel on a scale of 1 to 10, and your role and the kind of organization you work in. We use them to consider a private engagement.

Reinvention Circle application: your name, email, which situation is closest to yours, your role and the kind of organization you work in, your written answers, how committed you feel on a scale of 1 to 10, and, if you give them, how you heard about the Circle and anything else you want Amy to know. We use them to consider your application and arrange a call.

Contact form: your name, email and question, to reply to you. Newsletter (when offered): your name and email, to send it.

The quiz: your answers stay in your browser and are gone when you close the page. If you choose to email yourself a copy, our email form receives the email address you type and a one-line summary of your result. Amy receives them too, and a copy is sent to you. We will not email you anything else unless you ask.

Calendar bookings: your name, email, and the time you book, to hold and remind you of the appointment. Client intake (clients only, after an engagement begins): the answers you give, to prepare for your sessions.

Session recordings: if a Cohort session is recorded, the recording holds the voices, faces and names of the people taking part, and it is shared only with the members of that cohort. Other sessions are recorded only if everyone taking part agrees first.

Automatically: when you submit a form we record where you came from (for example the referring page and any campaign tags in the link) so we know which pages help people. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The site and its forms use Cloudflare to keep out bots and spam, and Cloudflare sets short-lived security cookies to do it. Our fonts load from Google, so Google sees your browser's internet address when a page opens. We use no advertising or analytics services and do not track you across other websites, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

From before this site: Amy also keeps contact details she gathered through her work before this site, for example from past clients and her professional network. This policy covers that information too, and the choices in Section 9 apply to it.

3. Your written answers

Answers you give on our forms go to Amy. They are never shown to other Community members, and they are never sold, published or shared for marketing.

4. Who else handles your information

We use service providers to run the site, our forms and our communications: our website and customer-records platform and its email delivery providers, Google Meet for video calls, Cloudflare for security checks, and a payment processor if you pay us. Each handles your information to provide its service, under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

5. Text messages

We do not send text messages, and our forms do not ask for your phone number. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy before any message is sent.

6. Email

Emails we send automatically come from hello@mail.peakreinvention.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect messages we must send about something you have joined or bought.

7. Inside the Community

What you post in the Community is visible to its members, and members can see each other's names. Please do not post anything you would not want other members to read. Your form answers are not part of the Community.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a member, applicant or client, and for as long as we need it afterward for records and legal reasons. After that we delete or anonymize it.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to amy@peakreinvention.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them. Peak Reinvention is based in the United States, so the information you send us is handled in the United States. If you live elsewhere, for example in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you can make the same requests, and you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

10. Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything through a form that you would not want stored.

11. Children

This site and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
