Where you might be

Everyone relies on you. Few ask what you want next.

You are good at your work. You have reached goals that once felt far away. You are still a star performer, and you have not yet had time for the bigger question. Doing more of what worked no longer gets you to the next step. And that is not something you can raise at work.

Here you can say it to a small group. Members agree to keep what others share inside the group.

The method

Five steps of reinvention.

They come from research on how people change.

Where you are nowReinventing on purpose→
  1. 01

    Slow down to speed up.

You clear time in a full calendar to hear yourself think.

  2. 02

You are already at a peak.

You look back at hard things you have already done, so you can trust yourself with the next one.

  3. 03

    Use what you have differently.

You put the skills and values you already have to a new use.

  4. 04

There is never only one way up.

You look at more than one route before you choose.

  5. 05

Reinvention is a practice, not an event.

You take small steps, and you keep taking them.

This is change for a reason, never change for its own sake. It starts with getting grounded in yourself.

What changes

In Amy’s experience, people leave trusting themselves more.

That is what each ninety-minute session is for.

  1. First, you slow down.

It frees your mind, so you notice more.

  2. Then Amy teaches a few principles, and you put them to work.

You learn an idea by using it on your own situation.

  3. You are coached, and you watch others being coached.

You often see your own situation more clearly in someone else’s.

  4. Last, you choose one step for the week.

One step is small enough to take before the next session.

What is included

Every session is live, and Amy leads each one.

  • A small group, chosen for range.

Eight to twelve leaders from different fields, the same people every week. Each of them has hit the same kind of wall you have.

  • Six ninety-minute sessions with Amy.

One a week, with a clear beginning and a clear end. Each is group coaching on your real situation, not a course you watch. Between sessions, you do a little work of your own. Every session is recorded for your cohort only.

  • A framework, and time to trust your gut.

The frameworks and structure you have been looking for, and time for the read that arrives before the data.

  • A thirty-minute call with Amy first.

Before anything is paid, you and Amy check the fit from both sides.

Hear from the Peak Reinventors

I found a safe, open space to focus on my own growth, and the perspective I needed to hear about what I wasn’t seeing in myself. As my confidence grew, I began growing it in the team I manage.

Katie

I set out to feel more confident. Now I am thinking at a higher level, with a clearer sense of my purpose and direction, and a safe place to talk about anything, from work to personal life. I would recommend it to anyone trying to reach their next peak.

Laney

We have to reinvent ourselves at a speed that is not even fathomable. We used to take five to six years. Now it is one or two, maybe even months. Amy is an expert in that process, and having her listen and guide you through it is life changing. I can’t recommend anyone more.

Kevin

The same people hear you every week.

  • You are heard.

The group tells you what they notice.

  • You find you are not the only one.

You hear how other leaders are working through their own reinventions.

  • Other fields show you other ways.

Someone from another kind of work often sees a way you had not tried.

Your guide

Dr. Amy Taylor-Bianco

PhD, Columbia University · Professor of management · ICF‑trained coach

Amy has spent decades studying how people and organizations change and working with leaders through it. In the Cohort she leads all six sessions. She teaches a few principles, coaches on real situations and gives you time to use those ideas on your own work and life.

This is for you if

  • You are at a turning point in your work or your life.
  • You would rather be asked a hard question than be reassured.
  • You want to work it out with other people.
  • You can give ninety minutes a week, and a little time between sessions.
  • You are ready to act on what you find.

Not for you if

  • You want someone to tell you what to do. This is work you do yourself, with a group.
  • You need a new job this month. A recruiter will serve you faster.
  • You want to start without a six-week commitment. The free, private Community has ongoing conversations and monthly workshops with Amy.
  • You want a credential. There is no certificate, and titles do not count for much here.
  • You need to work through a situation one to one. Private coaching gives you a private setting with Amy.
  • You want to watch rather than take part. You work on your own situation in every session.

The terms.

First cohort
January 2027. Six weekly sessions, with dates and times confirmed on the call before anything is paid.
Price
Amy shares it on the call, after she has read your application. Nothing is charged until you are accepted and agree.
After the six weeks
You keep access to Peak's free, private Community after the six weeks.

Questions you may have.

Will I have to share in front of the group?

Yes, and that is much of the value: the same people hear you each week, and you hear them. In some sessions Amy coaches one or two members in front of the group, and only with their agreement beforehand. Everyone agrees to keep what others share inside the group.

How much time does it take, and what if I miss a session?

Six live sessions of ninety minutes, plus 10 to 30 minutes of your own between them. Every session is recorded for your cohort, so you can catch up. Dates are fixed before you pay and are not moved after, so the call is the place to say if a date will not work.

What happens on the call?

Thirty minutes on video with Amy. She asks about what you wrote and what you want from the six weeks, and you ask her anything. You hear the price and the dates. Either of you can say no.

Why isn’t the price on this page?

Because the first question is fit, and fit has to be mutual. You hear the price on the call, after you apply, and nothing is charged until you are accepted and agree.

Is this leadership training?

No. It touches how you lead, starting with yourself, but there are no videos to work through. The material is your own situation, worked on with a small group and Amy.

What if the timing is wrong, or it is not a fit?

Then start in the free Community, where Cohort news arrives first, and apply when the timing is right. If Amy thinks the Cohort is not the right fit, she will tell you, and tell you where she would start instead.

If you have any questions, ask Amy.

A place in the Cohort starts with an application.

The first Cohort starts in January 2027.

  1. Fill in the application. It takes about ten minutes.

  2. Amy reads your application herself.

  3. If it looks like a fit, she invites you to the call. Applying does not commit you to anything.
